A limited-edition butter knife made from recycled plastic collected from Perello: production-line leftovers, packaging bound for the bin, and scraps salvaged from the homes and offices of the people behind the scenes. Working with skilled craftspeople and world-class knife makers, we’ve turned it into a beautifully crafted knife, built to last.

Part of the first edition of The Allday Mini Mart, our two-day pop-up on Upper Street, Islington, 14-15 November.
