Santoku - Vanilla

This handle is made entirely out of post-consumer plastic waste in the UK. Our waste source is always changing depending on what is collected, so there can be variations in colour (meaning that yours is a one-off!).

This is the Japanese version of a Western chef's knife. This is your all-rounder kitchen knife. Santoku translates as “three benefits” and relates to the knife's ability to slice, dice and mince.

This is a solid, super sharp, stainless steel with great edge retention.

The blade has been handmade in Solingen, Germany by a family that have been making knives since 1790.
