For one weekend only, we’ll be stocking our shelves with 10 limited-edition butter knives, each made in collaboration with some of our favourite brands. Some are cupboard classics, others are newer names fast becoming kitchen essentials, but all are built on quality you can trust.
For our first edition, we’ve teamed up with our friends at Kerrygold, Belazu, Perello, Ottolenghi, Dark Arts Coffee, Pip & Nut, Maldon Salt, Clarence Court, Bold Bean Co and Wildfarmed. Not a bad shopping list, eh?
Each knife started life as plastic from the brand behind it: production-line leftovers, packaging bound for the bin, or scraps salvaged from the homes and offices of the people behind the scenes. Working with skilled craftspeople and world-class knife makers, we’ve done our thing and turned it into beautifully crafted knives, built to last.
Among them is an incredibly limited-edition gold-handled Kerrygold butter knife, made from misprinted butter tubs. We’ve also teamed up with Ottolenghi to celebrate their new cookbook, Simple Too, with a knife made from waste collected from their London delis.
We’ve only made a limited batch of each, so once they’re gone, they’re gone.
There’ll be goodies in-store all weekend, starting with a free butter knife for the first 20 people through the door each day. Come down and say hi if you’re about!
