This is our limited edition Allday Goods x Waterhaul Santoku knife. There are only 20 knives available and once they're gone, they're gone! 

HANDLE: Made out of ocean plastic waste collected by Waterhaul. The marine plastic is mostly old fishing ropes and lines.

BLADE: Santoku
This is the Japanese version of a Western chef's knife. This is your all-rounder kitchen knife. Santoku translates as “three benefits” and relates to the knife's ability to slice, dice and mince.

STEEL: X50CrMoV15 (stainless steel)
This is a solid, super sharp, stainless steel. We have included a knife care booklet inside your order so you can properly maintain the blade.
